[ 00:09:23 ] — kevin, on me

"on me: i am just like any other guy. i am not a doctor. i am not a medical practitioner. [ … ] what i really want to make sure i do is enjoy this life that i have and make it viable. [ … ] and so i am doing what i can. i am proactive. i am fortunate enough to have the resources to be able to do some testing and get things done to understand where i am in life. and the goal is: i want to be in the last ten years, that if i am on that later end of life, they'd be the best last ten years that i can have."

[ 00:09:23 ] — kevin, on the work

"also, wanted to say a little bit about — my last venture in business was mantality health, which i sold and got purchased by agenta longevity. so the treatment center that i created — which is health, wellness, longevity — was purchased by agenta longevity. my current venture that i am putting time and resource on is brain recovery centers, and it's the exact same industry, the treatment space, focused on brain health. so brain health, brain performance, longevity, health, and wellness are things i am interested in personally, and it's also an area of business that i am in."

what this site publishes — and what it doesn't. openmybrain publishes results and practitioner readouts from my brain-related testing. it does not publish my personal medical history, family medical history, medication list, birthdate, home address, personal phone number, or personal email. any doctor's observation reproduced here is limited to what i myself have publicly described in these pages — focus, sleep, rumination, intensity, concussion history. if a page ever appears to disclose personal information outside that scope, that is a bug, and the correction policy below applies.

not medical advice, no diagnosis, no affiliation. this is a personal reporting site. nothing on it is medical advice. no test result on this site is being used to diagnose anything. i have no financial or clinical affiliation with peak brain, amen clinics, or the authors of any cited paper, other than being a paying patient of peak brain and amen for the tests reported here.

corrections. the record of having been wrong is part of the record. when something here is found to be inaccurate, it is corrected in place with a strike-through of the original and a dated note explaining the correction.

thanks. this site exists because two teams of practitioners took the time to run these tests carefully and explain the results in a way i could think about.

Peak Brain — for the November 2025 baseline and December 2025 retest QEEG + IVA-2, and for Dr. Andrew Hill's readouts.
Andrew Hill, PhD — personally, for the two Zoom readouts (Nov 10, 2025 and Dec 31, 2025) that gave me a way to read what my own QEEG was showing.
Amen Clinics — for the July 2026 baseline + concentration-task SPECT and the Total Brain assessment battery.
Dr. Shane Creado, M.D. — my ordering physician at Amen and the signer of the July 13, 2026 readout and treatment plan.

nothing on this site should be taken as an endorsement by any of them, or as a claim of affiliation beyond me being a paying patient.
