this is the canonical index of every instrument administered. if a page anywhere on this site references a test result, that test appears here. each entry names the instrument, the clinic, the date, and the source file the result traces back to.

i got my brain looked at. here's what the instruments said, what a practitioner told me, and what i did about it. you can see everything i saw.

• qeeg (19-channel, eyes-open + eyes-closed) — KeMeu-QEEG-11102025.pdf
• iva-2 continuous performance test — KeMeu-IVA-11102025.pdf
• peak brain intake screener battery — the adhd screener returned not-at-risk. the intake pdf is not in my asset set, so only the adhd result is reported here, from my own account of the intake. any additional intake screener results are not published unless that pdf is added.

• dec 31, 2025 practitioner readout by dr. andrew hill — a 33-minute zoom recording with a native transcript on file. the seven substantive passages, all timestamped, are on the qeeg page.

what the intake battery returned. on the amen total brain mental-health screening battery, all indicators came back "at risk: no" — depression (phq-9), anxiety (gad-7), adhd, ptsd (pc-ptsd-5), substance abuse (cage-aid), sleep apnea, and social anxiety.

the conners cpt 3 read: "overall, because there is only one atypical t-score, the results do not suggest that kevin has a disorder characterized by attention deficits, such as adhd."
